Following a thorough analysis of Member travel patterns and feedback received from our members, we are simplifying the membership usage and eliminating any usage restriction meaning that you will no longer need to redeem SmartPoints in order to obtain your Member Preferential Rate™.

As of February 15^th, 2021, you will have the freedom to travel as often, and for as long as you wish, whilst enjoying a new and improved Member Preferential Rate™.

To provide a proper distinction between Membership Levels, the number of annual SmartPoints you previously received will now provide you with a better Member Preferential Rate™ when prepaying your bookings. In other words, you will be getting higher discounts when reserving at your Club Resorts!

Your Member account has already been updated and your SmartPoints have now been transformed into an improved Member Preferential Rate when prepaying your reservation.

Want to share your membership benefits with friends and family? Now you can without having to worry about point restrictions. Had your eye on a chairman suite over Christmas but didn’t have enough points? Now’s the time to make it a reality.

The VIP benefits received when travelling to any TravelSmart Club Resort have also been updated to better reflect the vacation style of each member.
