A. Unfortunately, in November, a week before their vacation with us, the Heemeryck family suffered the painful loss of two close relatives. We consider them part of our family and for that reason, we accompanied them every day to support them during the process. As they are like our family and being in Mexico, we included them in our deepest traditions to honor our loved ones and with great respect and affection we made them a Day of the Dead offering in their room for their relatives and they were eternally grateful. We thanked them for always letting TSV be part of their family. / Desafortunadamente, en noviembre, una semana antes de sus vacaciones con nosotros la familia Heemeryck sufrió la penosa pérdida de dos familiares muy cercanos. Los consideramos parte de nuestra familia y por eso mismo los acompañamos todos los días para apoyarlos durante el proceso. Al ser como nuestra familia y estar en México, los incluimos en nuestras tradiciones más profundas para honrar a nuestros seres queridos y con mucho respeto y cariño les hicimos una ofrenda de Día de Muertos en su habitación para sus familiares y nos lo agradecieron por siempre. Nosotros les agradecemos por siempre dejar que TSV sea parte de su familia.
