Quick Tip: Be Prepared: If you would still prefer to speak to an agent to book, we recommend visiting the website beforehand to check pricing and availability, simplifying the process over the phone even more!
Avoid Long Wait Times:
Our Member Service call center is available from 9am through 5:30pm (EST) from Monday to Friday, we recommend giving them a call from 9-11am on Fridays when there tends to be less demand and wait times are reduced. Please keep in mind that you will need to know your membership information details or be prepared to verify your personal details when calling; this is for your own safety!
Book in Advance:
Don’t miss out on the resort or room category for your travel dates by booking your next stay in advance! Some rates are applicable for travel dates up to 24 months in advance! Booking as early as possible will significantly increase your chances of getting what you want, especially if you’re booking with a group or for dates during the holidays and other prime travel periods!
