This private culinary experience is a show of palatable talent, where courses are prepared in an open kitchen, then unveiled and savored by guests one at a time.
Seated banquet-style at a long table, the gastronomic adventure begins with the guest’s choice of Foie Gras, Yellowfin Tuna, Duck Magret in a Tamarind Glaze and King Crab, served Acapulco Style. A brief pause comes from Pumpkin Blossoms followed by Sorbet to cleanse the palate then rising to the pinnacle of Sea Scallops on Truffle Oil Risotto, Sea Bass a la talla, and Black Angus tenderloin. The C/X Culinary Experience rests with a Chocolate Course, signaling the close of a memorable culinary journey.
Presented as an intimate seven-course dinner with optional wine pairing for a maximum of 12 guests, the C/X Culinary Experience is currently available at CHIC Punta Cana, Hideaway at Riviera Cancun, Royalton Blue Waters, Royalton Saint Lucia, and the brand new Royalton Negril.
Unlike the a la carte restaurants at all of the above-mentioned resorts, this private culinary experience does have to be reserved in advance and has an additional cost per person.
