Emails from members who have used their membership to travel to any of our luxury resorts are always well received. Feedback allows us to identify any possible areas of improvement that may need to be addressed as well as those areas where we are exceeding expectations. Each and every review, both good and constructive, is shared with the corresponding departments and now we’ve decided to start sharing them with all of you.
Just this week we received an email from member, Marcos Camacho, following his recent return trip to Planet Hollywood Cancun; Here’s what he had to say about the experience:
Dear TravelSmart,
We were recently at the Planet Hollywood resort. First I want to thank Fernanda, Viridiana and Ignacio Perez for accommodating us in our request for the stay. Thank you for such excellent service. On the other hand, I would like to recognize the service of Nacho and Rogelio (butler). One of the reasons why we have gone to the resort these past 5 times is because of their excellent service. They are employees dedicated to their work. There is never a “no” for anything we need. They are always on the lookout for what we need. Their work and dedication must be recognized. All the people of Star class are exemplary in their work. They have excellent service. We recommend Rogelio and Nacho as they are in charge of the Travelsmart members in this resort. Thanks to Fernanda for pleasing us in assigning Rogelio and Nacho to us during our stay. Excellent supervisor. Yes, I would recommend that they give their employees more work tools so that they can give more than 100% effectiveness and more motivation. They deserve it for their work. Customer service work is not easy. I also want to thank the following employees. Pablo, Alexis Lovato, Alexis Tellez, Celia, Manuel, Ezequiel, More(captain), Elias(captain), Lili(captain), Luis(captain), Angel(captain), Rigoberto(captain), Oscar(captain), Jorge (captain), Roberto (chef), Misael (chef), Roger (chef), Marco, Luis Lopez, Brianda, Danna, Jorge (captain). Thanks to all of them, we have decided to return these past 5 times. We will return to the Resort once more on March 31. We hope to have these excellent people and magnificent employees again. We already made our evaluation on Tripadvisor.

We just returned from a week at Planet Hollywood Cancun. We were a family of 11 and check in was pretty easy with the exception of one room I purchased was not available…no other rooms on the floor we wanted so my daughter had to stay on the 4th floor for the day and was to be transferred to 5th floor the next day….all worked out. The check in staff did a great job . But let’s go back to before we got there, I was home watching TV when I got a call from a very sweet guy named Roberto. He informed me he was our butler when we got there and was just checking if we needed anything special and told me about the special things going on at the resort. I was so excited, I didn’t think we got a butler, and I was so worried about scheduling dinners for 11. Well, I didn’t have to worry anymore, Roberto went above and beyond. He was there for any questions or problems we had. He made are trip so enjoyed.. so when you book ask for Roberto, you will not be sorry!!!
